Eme Sellers, Human Resources Generalist: Century added an essential level of support to the Human Resources Department when it hired Eme Sellers as a Human Resources Generalist. An human resources Jill of all trades, Eme arrives at Century after spending the previous 14 years contributing to HR initiatives at HMS Host. Her experience includes interviewing, onboarding new hires, training, benefit administration, employee relations, employment record maintenance, and performance management.
Greg Coffin, Station Captain, Southside Station: Paramedic Greg Coffin was recently promoted to an essential leadership position at Century’s station in Jacksonville’s Southside. A member of the Century team since April 2011, Greg previously worked the 24-hour shift out of the company’s Mandarin location. In his new role, he maintains upkeep and cleanliness of the station and its units, assists and educates crew members, and ensures quality assurance in addition to running calls in a medic truck. Greg is currently a junior at the University of North Florida working toward a degree in Business Administration-Finance. He earned a degree as well as EMT and Paramedic certifications from Florida Community College at Jacksonville.
Jared Worley, Station Captain, Nassau Station: A Century team member since May 2012, Jared Worley has been promoted to the Station Captain role in Nassau. Jared is also a Critical Care Paramedic for Century, having previously served as a Paramedic at the Jacksonville Beach location. He ensures crew member compliance with rules and regulations, maintains proper inventory of medications and supplies, communicating with scheduling and management, and clinically reviewing run reports. Jared was certified as an EMT-B and Paramedic while also achieving an EMS Education degree at Florida State College at Jacksonville. He attended the University of Florida for his Critical Care Paramedic certification.
Matthew Wolfe, Account Executive: Making a move away from the ambulance, Matthew Wolfe is now an Account Executive for Century, a role in which he gains new contracts, services existing contracts and works to “spread the good word that is Century.” Matthew originally joined Century in January 2010 and eventually served as Station Captain for both the Nassau and Southside stations. He also spent time as a Century Paramedic and Critical Care Paramedic. Prior to his work in EMS, Matthew worked as an athletic trainer. Matthew earned a B.S. in Exercise Science from Wayne State University, EMT and Paramedic certifications from Tallahassee Community College, and Critical Care Paramedic certification from the University of Florida.
Francis Mirmina, Account Executive: Francis Mirmina is a key addition to the business development team and helps create new opportunities for Century with major health systems by channeling growth toward strategic markets. A graduate of Florida State University with a B.S. in Real Estate, Francis previously worked at Black Diamond Medical as a Sales Representative, Fidelity Investments as a Retirement Relationship Manager and Phoenix Realty Group as a Commercial Advisor. In addition to the bachelor’s degree, Francis also completed courses in Investment Planning, Insurance and Employment Benefits, and Fundamentals of Personal Financial Planning at Kaplan Professional Education. Francis holds a Real Estate Sales Associate License and a 2-15 Life, Health & Variable Annuity License.
