Century Ambulance has made a key promotion, naming Heather Stores the company’s new Training Manager. Heather has exhibited unique capabilities as a member of the Century team and moves to the management role from her previous concurrent roles of Critical Care Paramedic, Data Specialist and Mandarin Station Captain. As Training Manager, Heather is responsible for field training and educating clinical trainees as well as existing team members throughout the company’s growing footprint.
Heather joined Century in 2012 after receiving Critical Care Paramedic Certification from the University of Florida. She quickly proved herself to the EMS community and Century as she transitioned away from previous professional roles in finance, account management and administration. Heather was named Employee of the Year in 2013, served as a Lead Trainer, was a Category A Infectious Disease and Ebola Team Leader, and managed three advanced life support (ALS) units. In addition to her field role, Heather put her impressive skill set to good use while working with upper management to accomplish numerous data and reporting goals.
