A fundraiser benefiting cancer research and awareness is underway at Century Ambulance as October – well known as Breast Cancer Awareness Month – quickly approaches. Through Monday, September 10, Century Ambulance t-shirts featuring pink ribbons and graphics are available for purchase through an online store for $20 apiece. All proceeds from t-shirt sales will be donated toward the fight against cancer.
Century Ambulance professionals who purchase shirts will be able to wear them during work shifts throughout the month of October as the company does its part to further support those impacted by cancer. Six cancer awareness shirt styles are available for purchase: two specific to Century Ambulance that are customizable by county of operation, two unique to Columbia County Fire Rescue (CCFR), and two recognizing the partnership between Century Ambulance and CCFR. As Columbia County’s 911 ambulance responder, Century Ambulance works closely with CCFR to respond to emergencies throughout the county.
